USA; MI - Michigan Weavers Guild: The Michigan Weavers Guild was established in 1947. The purpose of the guild is to promote interest in handweaving and related fiber arts.
USA; MI - Michigan League of Handweavers: The League provides opportunities for members to come together to learn and to exchange ideas by sponsoring lectures, workshops, conferences and exhibits. As a non-profit, educational organization, we also provide seed money for events around the state sponsored by member guilds.
USA; MN - Duluth Fiber Handcrafters Guild: An organization promoting and supporting fiber arts in the Arrowhead Region of Northeastern Minnesota and Northwestern Wisconsin.

USA; New England - Northeast Handspinners' Association (NHA) is a pan-New England organization (serving NY,CT,RI,MA,VT,NH,ME) for the promotion and education of the art and craft of handspinning.
USA; NC - Western North Carolina Fibers/Handweavers Guild, Inc. exists to promote participation in and appreciation of fine craftsmanship as related to textile arts.
USA; NJ -Jockey Hollow Weavers Guild: we meet in Mendham, NJ.
USA; NJ - South Jersey Guild of Spinners and Handweavers: Our membership is concentrated in Camden and Burlington Counties in Southern New Jersey, but extends south into parts of Gloucester County and east to the Jersey Shore.

USA; NY - Weavers' Guild of Rochester, Inc.. . . an educational organization formed to foster interest in weaving and related fiber arts and to encourage the exchange of information and inspiration among its members. Anyone interested in weaving is welcome to join. Our members are located primarily in the Rochester, N.Y., area, with "newsletter members" living throughout the United States and around the world.
USA; NY - The Genesee Valley Handspinners Guild draws it's membership from the greater Rochester area, Canandaigua, Geneva and the Finger Lakes region.
USA; OH - Weaver's Guild Of Miami Valley, OH. We meet the second Tuesday of the month Sept - June. A short, fiber related program follows the business meeting. An extensive library is available to members before each regular meeting. Visitors welcome.
USA; OH - Central Ohio Weaver's Guild, Columbus, OH Our members hold a wide variety of skills and interests centered on fiber and we invite you to join us in teaching, learning, and exploring the fiber arts.
USA; PA - * Central Pennsylvania Guild of Handweavers: has contact info and notes about upcoming meetings. We normally meet at The Mannings at 10 a.m. on the first Wednesday of each month except July and August.
USA; PA - State College Weavers Guild has been promoting handweaving and spinning in Centre County, Pennsylvania. Made up of members of all experience levels, the Guild usually meets on the third Thursday of each month, September through May. Each meeting features a program of some sort, often involving a hands-on activity. Topics range the spectrum from dye techniques to needle felting. The Guild welcomes new members

USA; TX - Contemporary Handweavers of Houston is a large guild founded in 1949 and serving approximately 150 weavers in the greater Houston, Texas area.

USA; VT - Vermont Weavers Guild: It's purpose is to increase technical proficiency and artistic experience by providing a well-rounded educational program, to promote and maintain high standards of weaving, as well as related fiber arts, to share our knowledge and ideas and to bring together hand-weavers.
USA; WA - San Juan County Textile Guild: is an ANWG-affiliated guild located in the north Puget Sound of Washington State. The purpose of the Guild is to promote the exchange of ideas and educate our membership and the public in a wide range of Fiber Arts through workshops, study groups, guest speakers, participation in the San Juan County Fair, the annual Sheep-to-Shawl event, textile shows, and demonstrations. All Countries - The Handweavers Guild of America (HGA) is your organization for fiber!
All Countries - The Northwest Bead Society in Seattle, Washington, was founded in 1983 as a non-profit organization open to anyone with an interest in beads. We are dedicated to the study of beads, beading techniques and the historical role of beads in human development. We focus on the dissemination of knowledge and information about all aspects of beads.
All Countries - The Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA), is an international organization dedicated to researching and recreating pre-17th Century European History.
All Countries - TWIST: Tablet Weavers' International Studies & Techniques. We promote appreciation of tablet weaving and development of skills through a newsletter, an Internet discussion group, and exhibitions. Our newsletter is written by the members and is distributed three times per year. Topics include techniques, technical tips, historical articles, product news, and announcements of interest to members.
West USA and Canada - The Association of Northwest Weavers' Guilds. ANWG is dedicated to promoting and stimulating public interest in hand-weaving and related activities, to aiding and encouraging prospective handweavers, and to conducting and assisting with the foregoing endeavours in the Northwest, that is: Alaska, Alberta, British Columbia, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Northwest Territories, Saskatchewan, Washington, and Yukon.

Canada - The Guild of Canadian Weavers The purposes of the Guild are many, but the main abjective is to raise the technical, mechanical and artistic standards of hand weaving among Canadian weavers. The members receive a quarterly Guild Bulletin which reports on news of interest in the weaving world with special emphasis on Canada. Volunteers provides a year's worth of woven samples with accompanying notes, which are sent out in the Bulletin. Access to the Basic, Intermediate, Senior and Master Weaver Tests.
Canada; Ontario - Ontario Handweavers & Spinners (OHS), Canada. Membership in the Ontario Handweavers and Spinners gives you the opportunity to communicate with other individuals in the fibre crafts, whether you are weavers, spinners, dyers, basket makers, braiders, tablet weavers, paper makers and ........
Our organization has members in all regions of the province, as well as other parts of Canada, the United States and abroad. Fibre Focus, a quarterly magazine is our main method of communication with our members. Now we are reaching out on the Web as well. We hope this will keep you interested, informed of our activities and allow us to response to your needs.
Canada; Ontario - Ontario Crafts Council. The council is a not-for-profit association of individuals, affiliated guilds, groups and institutions.
Canada; B.C. - Crafts Association of British Columbia This site provides information to learn and participate in the development and appreciation of excellence in crafts.
Europe - The International Damask Network: At this moment approx. 150 weavers are a member of the Network. This truly international group has members in Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, France, Israel, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, the USA, South Africa, Sweden and Switzerland

North America - North American Shetland Sheepbreeders Association (NASSA)
UK - The Association of Guilds of Weavers, Spinners and Dyers, UK: This new site covers all aspects of the Association including an ever developing Guild contact page where email contacts are being added regularly. USA; - * American Tapestry Alliance: The American Tapestry Alliance is a non-profit educational organization. The purpose of the Alliance shall be to promote an awareness of and appreciation for woven tapestries designed and woven by individual artists; to establish, perpetuate and recognize superior quality tapestries by artists world-wide; to coordinate exhibitions of tapestries to establish a professional networking system for tapestry designers and weavers throughout the world; to encourage use of tapestries by corporate, liturgical and private collectors and to educate the public about the history and techniques involved in tapestry making.
USA; Arizona - Arizona Federation of Weavers and Spinners Guilds Inc. Our state of Arizona has a total of 17 W/S guilds most of which belong to the Arizona Federation of Weavers and Spinners Guilds Inc.
The purpose of the Arizona Federation is to provide opportunities for those who share a common interest in the weaving, spinning, and dyeing crafts and other allied textile techniques to meet and learn through state interaction. It gives grants and sponsors events and workshops throughout the state.
Our statewide newsletter, THE WOVEN WORD, is available.
USA; IA - Iowa Sheep Industry Association: ISIA Mission Statement: "To serve Iowa Sheep Industry Association members through an educational newsletter, a central contact point for industry information and to inform members of opportunities for improved profit and stewardship."
USA; Michigan - Michigan League of Handweavers: MLH was founded in 1959 to promote handweaving. The League welcomes anyone interested in handweaving or the many related aspects of fiber art and craft. The League provides opportunities for members to come together to learn and to exchange ideas by sponsoring lectures, workshops, conferences and exhibits. As a non-profit, educational organization we also provide seed money for events around the state sponsored by member guilds.
USA; TN - Tennessee Basketry Association: The purpose of our association is to perpetuate the art and craft of basket weaving and to support, nurture, and encourage the increase of knowledge of, and skill in all facets of creating quality baskets, either traditional or contemporary.
